Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, where the rooms were indeed classy and well-appointed, making my time there feel special. The service was accommodating, with staff who really went the extra mile, especially during check-in. However, I found the location a bit too far from the main attractions, and the dining options fell short of expectations, making it not quite ideal for food lovers. Overall, it was a memorable experience with some room for improvement.
I had a relaxing stay that was mostly enjoyable. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable place to unwind. The setting is truly stunning; the views of the Indian Ocean are something else. However, I found the service a bit lacking in attentiveness, which was frustrating at times. Overall, it was a great getaway, although there’s some room for improvement in service responsiveness.
My stay at the resort was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. I appreciated the attention from the staff, who were eager to assist, particularly during check-in. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired as the menu lacked variety. Also, while the resort had a lovely setting, it was a bit far from the main attractions, which made exploring a bit challenging.
My stay was quite a mix. I got lucky with an upgrade to the villas, which were really amazing and comfortable. The service from the staff, especially my housekeeper Lucy, was exceptional and made my days much brighter. However, the dining options were limited and didn’t quite live up to expectations given the price I paid. Also, the location feels a bit isolated if you're looking to explore the main beaches or Stone Town, but it's perfect for relaxation.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location is breathtaking and truly picturesque, making it a fantastic spot for relaxation. The rooms were clean, yet they needed better lighting and maintenance. I had some issues with the service; it wasn't always attentive, which was disappointing. Dining was nice but could definitely offer more variety. Overall, while the resort had some beautiful aspects, it’s not without its flaws.
